Resize your signature, right in your browser.

Turn a phone photo of your signature into a clean JPG at the exact size an online form asks for, in pixels and in KB. Free, and nothing is uploaded.

Runs on your device. Your files never leave this browser.
Try it offline
  1. Open this page once and wait until it says it works offline.
  2. Turn off Wi-Fi and mobile data, or switch on airplane mode.
  3. Reload the page. It still opens and still works, because nothing needs the internet.

Developers: open DevTools → Network before choosing a file. Processing makes no requests. Afterwards the page sends one anonymous count (which tool, how many files) to our own statistics server, never a file or its name, and the page's Content Security Policy blocks every other site.

    How to resize a signature

    1. Sign on plain white paper with a black or dark blue pen. Take a photo from straight above, in good light, without your shadow on the page.
    2. Enter the size your form asks for. The defaults, 140 × 60 pixels and 10 to 20 KB, are the preferred signature size in IBPS bank exam notices.
    3. Choose the photo. The tool makes the paper pure white, trims the empty space around your signature and fits it into the exact size.
    4. Download the JPG and upload it to the form.

Which size does my form need?

Every recruitment or exam notice states its own size in its "guidelines for scanning and uploading documents", and the numbers change between exams and years. Check the notice for yours and type its numbers in. For example, IBPS notices usually ask for a signature of 140 × 60 pixels (preferred), between 10 and 20 KB, in JPG format.

    Questions

    Is my signature uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything happens inside your browser tab, on your device. "Try it offline" at the top of this page shows how to check.

The form says the file is too small. What happened?

A small, clean signature can compress to just a few KB, below a form's minimum. When that happens, the tool adds empty space inside the file to reach the minimum, without changing the picture. The result shows "padded to the minimum size" when it did this.

My signature looks faint or patchy.

Retake the photo in brighter, even light, or sign with a darker pen. You can also untick "Clean up" to keep the photo as it is and only resize it.

Can I make the photo for the same form here too?

Use the passport photo maker to crop your photo, then the image compressor if the form also sets a KB limit for it.
